CLINTON Arlo Ray Krabbenhoft, 83, of 1104 Galbraith Drive, Clinton, died March 17, 2008, in Park Rapids, Minn. The rites of cremation were accorded. Memorial services will be 1 p.m. April 12, 2008, at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovahs Witnesses with Tyler Day officiating. Private inurnment will be at a later date in Springdale Cemetery. Lemke Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. He was born September 20, 1924, in Sabula, Iowa, to John Christian and Sophia Nagel Krabbenhoft. He married Donna Wentworth on March 6, 1948, in Clinton, Iowa. Donna died August 1, 2004. He attended Sabula, Iowa, schools. He was employed with Omar Bread as a route salesman and opened Arlos Friendly Service from 1958 until the business was sold in 1982. He was a member of the Jehovahs Witnesses. Survivors include one son, Dennis of Portland, Oregon; three daughters, Mrs. Cynthia (David) Hogrever of Low Moor, Mrs. Susan (James) Morgan of Fulton, Ill., and Ms. Michelle Plummer (Clayton Erickson) of Clinton, Iowa; eight grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; one brother, Jay (Jo) Krabbenhoft of Fargo, N.D.; two sisters, Mrs. Violet (Paul) Dequette of Park Rapids, Minn., and Mrs. Betty (Fred) Nelson of Phoenix, Ariz. A memorial has been established. He was preceded in death by his wife, two sisters and one brother. Death date: March 17, 2008
