Heather Marie Aldrich

Heather Marie Aldrich 42 of Bellevue passed away on Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at Unity Point Health-Finley Hospital after a courageous battle of cancer. Family will greet friends 1:00 pm – 4:00 pm, Saturday, December 1, 2018 at Hachmann Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Bellevue and a Celebration of Life Services and meal to follow at 5:00 pm at Horizon Hall in Bellevue.

Heather was born January 29, 1976, the daughter of Rodger Aldrich and Jody Cochran. She graduated from Starmont High School in 1995.  Heather was a member of the Horseman’s Club, loved riding horses, trail rides, animals, splitting firewood with her son; and making crafts with her daughter.  She liked to have fun, and campfires, no matter how cold it was outside.  She had the ability to make everything and anything interesting and fun.  She took much comfort from her puppy Scruffy during her final days.  Heather was a second mother to so many and had her greatest solace was time spent in the woods and with her children. 

Survivors include her fiancé, Scott Weber; children, Justus Aldrich and Morgan Weber; her mother, Jody (Steve) Cochran; her father, Rodger (Debbie) Aldrich; siblings, Stephanie Santee, Alesha Aldrich, Brett Aldrich, Nicole Cochran, Kim Cochran, and Jenny Carolus; maternal-grandmother, Shelia Cox; special friend, Ron Ernst; also surviving are numerous extended other relatives and special friends.

Heather was preceded in death by an infant daughter, Kylie Rose; maternal-grandfather, Edwin Cox; paternal-grandparents, Brenita and Gene Aldrich.

The family would like to thank all the Doctors and Nurses who supported Heather and the family during her illness.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Heather’s memory.
