Judy Kay Portz (Clark)

Judy Kay Portz, 73, of Bellevue, passed away, Monday evening, January 25, 2016, at her home, in Bellevue. Graveside services for Judy will be held Saturday, May 14, 2016 at Hazen Cemetery, South of Bellevue. Arrangements are being handled by Hachmann Funeral Home & Cremation Service in Bellevue. Judy was born October 18, 1942, in Maquoketa, Iowa, the daughter of James LeRoy and Gladys (Tracy) Clark. She graduated from San Andres California high school. Judy married Robert Portz on July 16, 1966 in Maquoketa. He proceeded her in death on November 19, 2009. Judy worked at Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids, Iowa and later in Bellevue, at the Big D. She enjoyed being outdoors and gardening. Judy was talented at many crafts and had a craft shop in her home. She will be deeply missed. Those left to honor Judys memory include her children, Curtis Portz and Lori Till , both of Bellevue; grandchildren, Kaitlyn Feltes and Wylee Till; brother, Ronald (Nancy) Clark, of Bellevue; sisters, Anna Adams, of Delmar, IA, and Donn Ann Portz, of Leonard, MN. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, and brothers, Wayne, Harold, and Jimmy.
