Margaret R. Hayden

Margaret R. Hayden, 96, formerly of Worth, Illinois, died Thursday morning, November 25th at Mill Valley Care Center in Bellevue, Iowa. A Memorial Service will be held 10:30 a.m., Saturday, January 15, 2011 at Worth United Methodist Church in Worth, Illinois. Burial will be in Mount Greenwood Cemetery in Chicago, Illinois. Margaret was born April 3, 1914 in Worth, Illinois, daughter of Carl and Leah (Ruth) Bishop. She married Harry J.Hayden on July 26, 1939 in Worth. He preceded her in death on February 10, 1996 Margaret was a homemaker and very active in her church. She Enjoyed cooking, baking, entertaining, and spending time with her family and friends at her cabin in Northern Wisconsin. Surviving are her three children, Alan (Juanita) Hayden, of Albuquerque, New Mexico, Linda (Paul) Borchardt, of Naperville, Illinois, and Donna Andersen, of Bellevue, Iowa; six grandchildren, Jon (Weez) and Scott (Amy) Borchardt, Randy (Delia Ann) and Jeff (Katie) Hayden, Jennifer Van Cleve and Jack Andersen; eight great grandchildren, Hunter, Abby and Mitch Borchardt, Lexie and Dylan Hayden, Alec, Hannah and Sam Van Cleve; and a sister in-law, Mabel Bishop, and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband; son in-law, John Andersen; two sisters, Mary Eisen and Leah Templin; and a brother, Edward Bishop. Margarets family would like to extend a special thank you to Mill Valley Care Center for all their care and compassion shown to our mother and grandmother.
