Verna M. (Penrod) Davis 87 of Dubuque, Iowa, passed away on Saturday, January 26, 2019 at Stonehill Care Center in Dubuque, Iowa. Graveside services will be at Bonner Springs Cemetery in Bonner Springs, Kansas at a later date. Survivors include her daughters, Cheryl (Tony) Tayler-Homis and Linda (Frank) Franklin; 7 grandchildren; 16 great grandchildren; and 4 great-great grandchildren; and a sister n-law, Judy Penrod. Verna was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Diana (Hirst) Curry; husband’s, Dick Larrick and Robert Davis; siblings, Dutch Fischer, Francis Smith, Charlotte Barbarich; and Daniel Penrod. Local arrangements with Hachmann Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Bellevue.
