Vincent J. Lord

Vincent J. Lord, 81, of Clinton passed away on Wednesday at Mercy Medical Center-North Campus. Private family services were held. Burial was at Clinton Lawn Cemetery. Vincent was born on December 20, 1925 to Vincent and Elizabeth (Detterman) Lord. He was a graduate of Lyons High School. He also served in the United States Navy during WWII in the South Pacific. He married Mary Eganhouse in 1948 in Clinton. He was employed with Northwest Bell as a Teletype Repairman until his retirement in 1962. Vincent was a member of the AMVETS. He is survived by his wife, four sisters, Betty Jane Petersen of Clinton, Merrette (Allan) Horn of Albuquerque, NM, Audry Lemanski, and Joan Hanegan both of Clinton, two brothers, Duane (Lucille) Lord and Eugene (Julie) Lord both of Clinton.
